CHCH News Reporter Emily Hwang visited Cornerstone’s Hamilton office, where she sat down to talk with Nicolas von Bredow, Cornerstone Director and spokesperson for the Hamilton-Burlington market area. Nicolas reflected on the 2025 real estate market, noting the impact of global uncertainty due to tariffs, and provided an outlook for 2026. Nicolas said he anticipates a more balanced market as interest rates have come down since the start of 2025, and with more inventory available, there will likely be more buyers coming off the sidelines
