Kim Fairley
President, Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA)
Active in real estate since 2011, Ms. Fairley is the Broker of Record for the Royal LePage Northern Advantage Brokerage in Sault Ste Marie. She is a member of the Sault Ste Marie Real Estate Board (SSMREB) and Thunder Bay Real Estate Board (TBREB). With SSMREB, she served as President in 2017 and also Chaired the Political Affairs, the MLS® Task Force, Education and YPN Committees. She has also served as a member of the Governance and Audit Committees and Chaired the Broker Manager Committee with the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA). With OREA, Ms. Fairley has served as Chair and member of the Young Professionals Network (YPN), Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee, and Provincial Director for Northern Ontario, ahead of becoming President in 2026.
