Adrian McInerney is a Level 2 Mortgage Agent in the Province of Ontario specializing in "all things residential real estate financing." Having practised for the last 25 years, Adrian brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as a solutions-based mortgage professional serving the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Areas.
Adrian is a veteran of the Ontario mortgage industry bringing 25 years of experience to the table. He specializes in all facets of residential mortgage financing including first-time and repeat buyers, challenged credit, self-employed individuals, and reverse mortgage solutions.
As a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Mortgage Brokers Association / Ontario, Adrian chairs the Membership Committee and also serves on the six-member Government Relations team. The latter is currently focused on lobbying both the Ontario and Federal governments regarding prospective policy solutions to increase affordability and bring first time buyers back into the housing market.
