Following the ITSO PSC guidelines, our PSC committee enforces the Professional Standards to ensure each member is following the appropriate standards.

Member Meetings and Events
Cornerstone Is planning a diverse range of unique and in-person events for members in 2025.
Members have the right to attend all membership meetings and vote at our Annual Meeting and any Special General Meetings (SGMs). Non-members do not have this privilege.
Available Services to Non-Members
SUPER SUBSCRIBER
As a cost-effective alternative to a full Cornerstone membership, REALTORS® in Ontario can become a Super Subscriber. Cornerstone’s Super Subscribers:
- have complete access to view listings in the ITSO MLS® System
- can enter listings without additional charges
As a Super Subscriber, your listings will be published on OneHome, and you will have access to the OneHome Agent portal and Local Logic neighbourhood information. You can conduct Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) in Matrix, save searches and send automated emails to your contacts.
The fee for Super Subscribers will be $180 per quarter or $720 per year starting January 1, 2026. All fees are subject to HST.
FREE INTERBOARDING
Cornerstone happily accepts interboard listings within its market areas at no charge! These areas include Mississauga, Burlington, Hamilton, Waterloo Region (Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge), Niagara North, Haldimand County, and most of Norfolk County.
Interboard listings are accepted from REALTORS® who belong to other Ontario real estate boards. These listings will be placed on Cornerstone's MLS® System, which means your listing will be available to over 8,000 Cornerstone members and subscribers PLUS members of ITSO's participating boards.
