Armagh House Volunteer Day

Join us for Volunteer Day at Armagh House, supportive housing transition for women and children in Mississauga. Make a meaningful impact!

Cornerstone Association of REALTORS® is proud of supporting our community and giving back to those in need. We have a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by participating in a Volunteer Day at Armagh House, a transitional supportive housing facility that offers safe and supportive environment for abused women and children in Mississauga.

We’re looking for 10 volunteers to join Cornerstone for this impactful experience that contributes to the well-being of our community.

  • Volunteers will be required to complete an Armagh Confidentially Form upon arrival
  • 45 minute- 1-hour in person tour included
  • Activity will include garage and bike room refresh (assistance with cleaning up donations and seasonal items in garage and throwing away items not needed, bike maintenance and sorting)
  • Unit stocking* (If a unit is available) we are happy to invite volunteers into the units for restocking units for a new family’s arrival during our turnover process.
  • 30 Minute Pizza Lunch Break
  • Wear comfortable clothing based on the weather and running shoes
  • Bring a refillable water bottle

Everyone is welcome (location is in Mississauga the address will be provided to registered volunteers closer to the event date due to confidentiality)

  • Volunteers may not take pictures for their social media
  • Cornerstone may take pictures to promote afterwards, to ensure privacy of no residents of Armagh in any pictures
