Here’s what sets our Golf Tournament apart: your sponsorship directly supports two local affordable housing initiatives that help families achieve safe, stable and affordable homeownership.

Since its launch, the Cornerstone Charity Golf Tournament has sold out each year, bringing together REALTORS®, industry partners, and community leaders who share a commitment to strengthening our communities. Over the past two tournaments, the event has raised more than $82,000 in support of local housing initiatives. This year, we are aiming to raise $50,000 to support the important work of Habitat Waterloo and Habitat Hamilton. While this is our third annual tournament, it marks the first time we are supporting two Habitat for Humanity housing initiatives, allowing us to make an even greater impact on affordable homeownership across the communities we serve.

Habitat Hamilton’s Dawson Avenue Build is their largest project in 35 years, featuring 10 energy-efficient housing units, including 5 stacked Additional Dwelling Units (ADUs), designed to support families in their path to homeownership.

In addition, Habitat Hamilton continues to support critical repair projects through partnerships with City Housing Hamilton and Six Nations of the Grand River, while providing hands-on learning opportunities in skilled trades through their Youth Build Program.

Together, these organizations are helping create attainable housing opportunities and stronger communities across Ontario.

We invite you to join us in making a meaningful difference. Help us reach our goal of $50,000.

Habitat Waterloo is advancing several affordable housing initiatives, including:

  • Shantz Hill Towns (Cambridge): 24 stacked townhouse units
  • St. George Street (Kitchener): 4 semi-detached homes designed for larger families
  • Holborn Court (Kitchener): 60 mixed homeownership and rental units
  • University Avenue East (Waterloo): A landmark affordable housing project expected to become one of Canada’s largest
