I CERTIFY THAT:

1. I am registered with RECO as a licensed REALTOR®
2. I am employed by a Cornerstone Member Brokerage
3. I agree to complete the New Member Orientation Program(S) as set out by Cornerstone within 3 months of joining. Failure to comply may result in termination of my membership as in accordance with Cornerstone Bylaw.
4. I agree to adopt and abide by the Bylaw, Rules & Regulations, MLS® Policies or any other policies approved by the Board of Directors of Cornerstone, and the CREA REALTOR® Code of Standards of Business Practice. I acknowledge any breach may result in fines and/or suspension
5. In consideration of the benefits of membership, I hereby release and discharge the Association and its directors, officers, servants, agents and employees from all actions, claims and demands of any kind which against them I now or may hereafter have, arising out of any act or omission by them in respect to the considered acceptance or rejection of this application, and in the event this application is accepted, in respect to the exercise of any power or the performance of any duty in accordance with the Bylaw or the Rules and Regulations or Cornerstone

Former members reinstating after a 2-year period will be required to complete the New Member Orientation Program(s)).
