NON-REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE

I have been a professional performer in live theatre (voice, acting and dance), run restaurants as a General Manager and all other restaurant job positions (17 years),

I have run my own company Canadian Cue Sports Academy for 7 + years

I was on the Big Brothers Big Sisters - Norfolk County as a Board member, Finance Chair, Chair Elect, President and Past President for 6 years

Non-Real Estate Board & Volunteer Experience

6 Years on the Simcoe Big Brothers Big Sisters Board. I came on as a Board Member with a number of special Fund Raising ideas that panned out well for the Organization. From that I went onto being the Finance Chair.

My third year on the BBBS Board, I became the Finance Chair.

My fourth, fifth and sixth year on the BBBS Board I was President Elect, President and Past President. The Board had a By-Law that dictated that after 6 years, you had to step down from the Board.

As the Simcoe President, I was one of the original people involved in the amalgamation conversations with the four Boards. I became one of the four Simcoe board members who joined the Interim Cornerstone Board in late summer 2023.
