WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE A CORNERSTONE DIRECTOR?

Although I marked all areas as opportunities for growth, I believe my past leadership experience has helped me develop strong skills in several of these areas, particularly accountability, advocacy, decision-making, problem-solving, self-development, and value-based engagement. I hold myself to a high standard and strive to exceed the expectations I set for others. I consistently ensure my actions are fair and considerate of all stakeholders. I have developed strong decision-making skills through exposure to challenging situations involving competing interests. These experiences have strengthened my ability to think creatively, solve problems, and continue developing professionally. My values remain at the forefront of everything I do.
