ITSO is pleased to announce a new integration with SingleKey, delivering a streamlined and secure way for REALTORS® to access comprehensive tenant verification services.
Through this integration, REALTORS® using the ITSO MLS® System will be able to seamlessly connect to SingleKey’s tenant verification program using their existing Matrix and REALTOR.ca single sign-on credentials. This eliminates the need for additional logins, reduces administrative friction, and enhances efficiency when screening prospective tenants.
SingleKey’s platform provides REALTORS® with fast, reliable access to critical tenant insights, including credit checks, background screening, and rental history verification. REALTORS® can choose what type of report they would like, send the invite to their client to apply, and choose who pays for the report at a discounted rate for Ontario REALTORS®.
This integration will be available to users of the ITSO MLS® System starting April 30, 2026.
Users will be able to access SingleKey using the icon on the ITSO dashboard or the link to SingleKey in the External Links section of Matrix™.
