Cornerstone is dedicated to providing education and resources that empower our members to thrive. By investing in continuous learning, we help our members stay ahead in a dynamic market. Our goal is to offer comprehensive development opportunities that support professional growth and success for all our members.
In our inaugural year as Cornerstone, education has been at the forefront of our mission. We’ve launched new initiatives, diversified our programming, and reintroduced in-person workshops, providing our members with a wealth of educational resources to enhance their businesses.
From Q3 2024 to Q1 2025, Cornerstone had a total of 4,071 members register and participate in 84 sessions.

Diversity in Programming
We expanded our educational offerings, introducing a diverse range of topics and types of sessions to cater to various interests. This expansion promotes inclusivity and encourages broad participation, while also incorporating innovative initiatives into our educational programming.
Highlights:
- Staging to Sell Designation Course: What Every Agent Should Know
Provided members with a Certified Staging Advocate (CSA) designation after completing the 3-hour virtual webinar. - Market Pulse Series
CMHC’s Anthony Passarelli dove into the 2025 Housing Outlook of each Cornerstones market area, providing an in-depth look into the data and economic transitions. - Brokers of Record, Managing Broker Townhalls
Taking place in all 4 market areas, these townhalls promoted discussion about Cornerstone and the Brokerage community.
In-Person Workshops
We reintroduced interactive in-person workshops, allowing members to learn from industry experts and gain valuable hands-on experience. The feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the impact of these engaging sessions on their professional growth.
Cornerstone Member Video Libraries
We’ve developed two comprehensive video libraries, designed to make educational materials more accessible to all members. This centralized platform provides easy access to a wealth of resources, including one section dedicated to Professional Development, while the other is for Technology Training ensuring members can find the information they need to support their learning and development.
